Amazing facility equipped with high quality gym equipment. The atmosphere is great, friendly community of all ages. The best part about it would be the trainer. He has so much knowledge to offer and is really helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to get fit and healthy in a fun environment.

I have been training with Anthony twice a week for just over a year now, and he has helped me lose 24 kgs! Anthony is super professional, keeps each training session interesting and fun, pushes me to achieve my best, whilst always being mindful and accommodating to my many injuries. I love training with Anthony, as it is such a safe place, with no judgement, and he has been a huge influence and driving factor in my lifestyle change and in helping me achieve my goals! Ant makes a good effort to get to know what my goals are and helps me to keep pushing myself with every workout session. He is motivating, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in tailoring the right exercises for me. I suffer from lower back pain and appreciate that he observes how my body moves and reacts to an exercise so he is able to instruct me on proper form and techniques. Overall, I feel more confident and strong thanks to Ant at Raw Fit Co!

Anthony is knowledgeable and always mixes up his sessions to keep training fun. He corrects my technique to avoid injury and each training session is challenging and tailored to meet my personal goals. A professional company that I highly recommend.

Sessions with Ant has always been hard work but they are always infused with an element of fun. He has such an effective way of getting more out of whom he trains. Plus, Ant's infectious positivity is just what you need for motivation to get and stay fit.I have definitely benefited under Ant's supervision; my overall strength and fitness has improved tremendously. I am significantly stronger, leaner and have gained visible abs definition (yay!) now than when I first started 8 months ago. I would highly recommend Ant to anyone seeking for a quality fitness trainer.
